The Sexual Misconduct Support and Resource Centre (SMSRC) is expanding its services to include direct legal assistance at no cost to individuals, 18 years and older, who have experienced sexual misconduct in a Department of National Defence (DND)/Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) context. The SMSRC the Canadian Armed provides expert advice, guidance and recommendations to DND/CAF on all matters related to sexual misconduct. The SMSRC may engage with DND executives and management and the Chief of the Defence Staff and other CAF commanders to ensure that its advice and recommendations are understood. We
