How To Afk Armoured Phantoms : What are xp/hour with rituals with 700% attraction?

Bois, i quit a while back and want to get back in the game, but not before getting 120 necromancy im like 105; what is the abosute bests, 100% afk 0 input training method that i can do to Armoured Phantoms are 10 minute afk without the need for any pots but only with Necromancy (and it’s going to be nerfed too). Might also work with melee and magic as well but I don’t know

Armoured Phantoms (113 slayer) are better xp/hr, but less gp/hr if that matters to you. Plus you need a platypus for the method to work, which isn’t a hard thing to get, but worth noting.
