Infopath Forms Won’T Open In Browser

I am having an issue with my form. I have created a sharepoint sequential workflow using visual studio and as a task the user has to fill out an infopath form. When the form is submitted as part of the workflow is then saved to a form library. My issue is when I try to open the form in the form library I get the message „The form has been closed“. Hello, Could you do me a favor? I am a PowerApps user, and am not familiar with InfoPath. What I found after I researched was it was hard to find an InfoPath community since it has been replaced by PowerApps. We won’t use the infoPath in a few months, List Settings > Form Setings > „Modify the existing InfoPath form“ is check. I click on „OK“ but Infopath designer wont open. I have a job for a client of fixing Infopath forms after a SharePoint migration from 2010 to 2013 In some cases, the forms have been used in quite the complex way: In a Document Library (not a form library) there is a template that is used as an edit item form. After uploading the file with the default SharePoint upload dialogue, the form would open and IEMode on the intranet the user would enter We have both SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 On-Prem. We require IE mode configured on our SharePoint 2019 On-Prem site because that way InfoPath Forms open just fine in InfoPath filler as required. When we try put the SharePoint Online URL on the list to open in IE mode, we cannot login to SharePoint Online at all using EDGE.

Well the doc library states to open in browser by default and if the client doesnt have it installed it wont open since it tries to default to the application regardless of my settings. and if i habe Infopath installed, it opens up fine but I am wanting my users to be able to open it with out open it up.
