Is Akechi Rank 7 Onwards Automatic?

So I’ve been following the ACE guide and at Rank 7 dialogue guide, it mentions that I should say Choice 1: „I’ll think about it“ but on other sources I’m supposed to say Choice 3: „You are my As you progress through Persona 5, you’ll undoubtedly come across Akechi, a charismatic and cunning character who becomes an essential part of your adventure.
