The wiki only states that you can unlock the Boss Rush door from inside of it as you’re doing it, it has never unlocked Boss Rush & Hush after their time limits have passed. Yeah, but not without killing it lives which is what the op was trying to do, since the 10th time you go to womb to you will fight it lives, not mom’s heart, and the door to Hush literrally doesn’t exist until the 10th kill, not even mama mega!

This includes the door to Mega Satan, exiting Hush’s room, and exiting Boss Rush. This does not work on A Strange Door. However, it does work on doors leading to alternate path levels.
